Mandla may offer an unlimited trial with feature limits, and paid plans with monthly or yearly billing.

Plan features, pricing, and limits may change with notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

Taxes may apply based on your location. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are not provided unless required by law.

Use Mandla only for lawful business purposes and in a way that respects other users.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Mandla.

You grant Mandla a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.

Mandla may integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

We aim to keep Mandla available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update or modify the service to improve functionality or security.

Mandla is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mandla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Mandla in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mandla harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law rules.
